'The Front Runner' is an innovative new competition aimed at startups in the sports tech industry who are less than five years old and is designed to celebrate Ireland's talent in this sector. The contest will showcase the work of startups in the areas of Broadcast & Media, Sponsorship, Fan Engagement and Esports – each of which are main pillars of content on the programme of One-Zero 2019.
A cash prize of €10,000 is available to the winner. Dublin City Council and Dublin Business Innovation Centre are also supporting the contest which is open for entries now.
Four finalists will be selected to go before the One-Zero 2019 speakers and audience on September 17th to make a pitch and answer questions about why they should be named the inaugural ‘Front Runner’.
